We are committed to creating a literary magazine that celebrates unconventionality. We welcome your queer narratives, mental illness elegies, transcendent fancies and whatever feels like it just might not fit anywhere else. We cordially invite you to do with that what you will.

edited by L SCULLY, _____ figuration is an anthology of forty-one contributors that bend the parameters of language to make room for each other. Some of the writers you will encounter here are seasoned awardees, and for some, it’s their first publication. The works in this book defy genre, decorum, and biological sex. Within these pages, gender is literature.
The content of this book was gathered in response to an open call not just for writing on trans topics, but writing about anything by trans writers.
